Home Flow is a residential cleaning and home management business servicing private clients across Byron Bay and surrounding areas. We’re looking for reliable cleaners to join our team on a casual basis.
As a team member, you’ll help restore balance and flow to our clients’ homes by providing high-quality, detail-focused cleaning with care and professionalism.
We value team members who are reliable, friendly and who take pride in their work—cleaning experience is preferred although some training is available.
This role suits someone who enjoys practical, routine work, follows instructions well, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean, tidy and hygienic.

About the Role
You’ll carry out routine cleaning duties using domestic-style equipment and cleaning products. You’ll be provided with clear instructions, task lists, and supervision to support you in the role.
Your work helps maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, and holiday properties
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain high standards
- Duties may include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying bins etc to meet requirements
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism with clients
- Recording start and finish times and confirming task completion
Must have
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Willing to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Respectful of client homes
- Good physical fitness
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable transport
- Sufficient written and spoken english
- Police Check or willingness to obtain
Nice to have
- Experience using eco-friendly or specialized cleaning products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Willingness to add special little touches to your work
