Join the Home Flow Provider Network

Home Flow is looking for one or two reliable independent cleaning contractors interested in building an ongoing commercial relationship with our business.

Recurring residential and office cleaning opportunities are expected to commence from September, currently representing approximately 20 service hours per week across the available portfolio. Screening will begin now, and shortlisted providers may be offered a paid trial service before September.

This opportunity particularly suits an experienced sole trader or small cleaning business looking to grow its client base, develop a team and access regular, well-organised service opportunities.


Current opportunities

From September 2026, opportunities are expected to include:

  • Recurring residential cleaning
  • Regular office cleaning
  • Office kitchen and pantry presentation
  • Temporary and backup service coverage
  • Additional residential and property-support services

Further opportunities may include:

  • Premium property upkeep
  • Pre-arrival and departure services
  • Property resets and presentation
  • Deep and bond cleaning
  • Builders and construction cleaning
  • Window and external cleaning
  • Other specialist property services

Providers may specialise in one area or offer several services.


Requirements

  • Active ABN
  • Current public liability insurance
  • Residential or commercial cleaning experience
  • Reliable, clean and roadworthy vehicle suitable for transporting equipment
  • Professional cleaning equipment and products
  • Current police check, or willingness to obtain one
  • Smartphone and confidence using digital job information
  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication
  • Respect for client privacy, security and property
  • Ability to meet accepted client appointments or service windows
  • Genuine interest in an ongoing commercial relationship
  • Commitment to delivering accepted services to the Home Flow standard

Home Flow provides clear service requirements, established client opportunities and agreed commercial terms before work is accepted.

Contractors may accept or decline new opportunities according to their availability and business capacity. Service volumes may vary, and no minimum hours or income are guaranteed.
